Tao Dan Park and September 23 Park are both about 250 m away, giving you green space and shade within a few minutes on foot. Cafés and restaurants fill the streets around the property, several of them within 50 m.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.2 km away, and Saigon Railway Station about 2 km, so a taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way to reach the property from either. The Saigon bus station, Bến xe buýt Sài Gòn, is 600 m away, close enough to reach on foot from the property.

On foot from here, Independence Palace is 600 m away, the War Remnants Museum 800 m and the Ho Chi Minh City Museum 850 m. Nha Rong Wharf on the Saigon River is 1.5 km away and the Saigon River Tunnel 1.7 km, while Crescent Lake, 5.7 km away, needs a taxi. In the evening, the food stalls and souvenir shops around Ben Thanh Market are the easiest place to eat and shop.
